‘What Artists Eat’ is currently a two ingredient dish. It’s just Zoltan and Claire for now, so whenever you’re dealing with ‘What Artists Eat’, you’ll be dealing with one of us. This makes things wonderfully snug and personal, but it also has the potential to be very stressful. Please remember that we’re a teeny tiny team and are always trying our best to make your experiences with ‘What Artists Eat’ the absolute best ever. Please bear with us as we grow.

  • It’s just the two of us, so orders will be dispatched 2 times a week using Australia Post domestic shipping.

    Orders ship from What Artists Eat HQ in Naarm/ Melbourne with a flat rate of $10.00 AUD.

    We do not ship on weekends, Victorian or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business week and we ask for your patience.

    You should receive your order within 1–4 business days for metro areas from the date of shipment & 3–5 business days for rural areas from the date of shipment.

    Orders will be shipped with a tracking number.

  • I’VE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

    Detailed product information is listed in the item description and we ask that you please choose your item carefully. We are unable to offer returns for change of mind at this stage.

    We expect you to use your items regularly and with joy - this means that wear and tear over time is to be expected & not considered a fault.

    OH NO, I GAVE YOU THE WRONG ADDRESS IN MY ORDER!

    Please email us ASAP here and we will try to change the address if your order has not been shipped yet. We are unable to change the address once the order has left our HQ.

    ARGH! THE ITEM I LOVE IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BE BACK?!

    Oh no! We do tiny runs of merchandise and other shop items, which can make it hard to get your hands on them! We love that you love our stuff though. If you’re on our mailing list, we’ll let you know when the next drop is so you don’t miss out.

  • MY ITEM IS FAULTY, CAN I RETURN IT?

    We offer refunds as store credit on items deemed faulty. Please email us here.

    Purchases can only be returned by post to What Artists Eat HQ in unused and original condition within 14 days of order receipt.

    Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost in transit. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and update your Australia Post delivery preferences.

  • We want you to LOVE and USE your items!

    For both the tea towel and tote bags, please use a cold machine wash on a delicate cycle.

    Do not iron over the black or white ink!

    Do not tumble dry.

    If you get turmeric on it (or anything else), good luck
